The Grade II listed Oak Hall (1911) is the heart of the Village, with a library, games and activities room, coffee lounge, bar, bistro, TV room, gym and a mini bus for shopping trips and visits further afield.
There is Hairdressing and Beauty Salon located in Oak Hall so there is no need to travel to the town making life a lot easier. This is a service that is provided for all residents for which there will be a charge as appropriate.

24/7 on-site Estate Porter team
Our professional Estate Porter team, under the watchful eye of the Estate Manager, is there to provide that special service for all our residents, their visiting friends and family. They are based in Oak Hall and look after all visitors to the Village, the bistro and bar, as well as providing 24/7 help in case of emergency.
Gardens and grounds
Designed for your enjoyment, and reflecting the opulence of the Oak Hall in bygone days, our full-time gardening team works hard on maintaining its original charm. You can enjoy sitting in the tranquil gardens amongst the shrubs and flowers, or an afternoon drink with friends on the south-facing terrace, while watching a game of Croquet on the lawn perhaps. And a pleasant walk around the grounds in the fresh morning dew is the perfect start to the day.
Bistro and bar
Our superb Bistro is open to residents and friends and family to enjoy throughout the day, with teas, coffees, lunches and dinners available.
Sunday lunches are very popular, not just with our residents but many outside guests. The full service bar is available throughout the day, with a wide range of beers, wines and spirits for all to enjoy, including a range of bar snacks, teas and coffees. There is also a room service available for which a tray charge will apply.
Gymnasium and Treatment Room
Enjoy Pilates, aerobics, yoga classes and other special events, along with an increasing range of activities as new residents join and start up new clubs. Keep active at your own pace and use the equipment in our gymnasium. There is a selection of cardio vascular training apparatus, toning and muscle building equipment, free weights and floor exercise spaces.
Alongside the gymnasium there is a treatment room for reflexology, facials, manicure and pedicure treatments.
The library is situated in Oak Hall, with a wide selection of books, magazines and local newspapers. Within Oak Hall free Wi-Fi is available, with help and support on-hand.
Residents can enjoy a variety of games, from bridge to backgammon, cards to dominoes and many others. Residents can also enjoy special viewings and film nights on the large screen TV.
Hairdressing and beauty service
Hairdressing and beauty services are available to all residents at an appropriate charge. This will be provided in the village thus saving you a trip into Haslemere.
A mini bus is available on site for regular trips to the shops and wider excursions to places of interest. This is provided as part of the service charge, although some outings may require an entry charge to visit special places. Many residents find this very useful, allowing them to dispose of their car.
Tennis Court and Croquet Lawn
For outdoor activities Wispers Park has its own tennis court with equipment available from the Estate Porter team. And right in front of the terrace is the croquet lawn, which is very popular with many of the residents.
